We welcome feedback of all kinds and seek to resolve disputes between staff  and any of it’s users who feel dissatisfied with the service or treatment received. If you are not satisfied with the service or treatment that you received from us, then you should tell us. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please email or call us for a copy of our complaints procedure. If your complaint relates to help from the adviser, this will be covered by the Legal Ombudsman Service
